MICRO VINIFICATION

In the course of implementing our company's programme for development and with the objective to revive the old Suhindol region's tradition of high-quality winemaking, in 2007 a new and modernly equipped workshop for limited top-class wine series was commissioned and inaugurated.

The microwinery’s technological team avails of 600 Barrique-type 225-litre oak barrels, made of American and French oak. 220 of these are new, supplied by the French barrel manufacturer Radoux.

In 2008 a new bottling line was added to the workshop's equipment, with production capacity of 2500 bottles per hour, which perfectly suits the purpose of bottling high-quality wines.
